Please drive carefully!

We are located just one mile from the Forsyth Memorial Hospital and Hanes Shopping Mall.

From Lewisville:

1. Take US 421 South towards Winston-Salem.

2. Take Business 40 East and take first exit onto Silas Creek Parkway (Exit 2a).

3. Take Silas Creek Parkway approximately 1.7 miles to St. John's.

4. You will pass St. John's on your left. Go to next traffic light at Ebert and make a "U" turn to St. John's.

From Clemmons:

1. Take US 40 East approximately 5 miles.

2. Take exit 188 to Business 40.

3. Take Business 40 east to the first exit onto Silas Creek Parkway.

4. Take Silas Creek Parkway approximately 1.7 miles to St. John's.

5. You will pass St. John's on your left. Go to next traffic light at Ebert and make a "U" turn to St. John's.

From Downtown:

1. Take Business 40 west to the second exit on Silas Creek Parkway (do not go towards Wake Forest - Go under Silas Creek Parkway).

2. Take Silas Creek Parkway approximately 1.8 miles to St. John's.

3. You will pass St. John's on your left. Go to next traffic light at Ebert and make a "U" turn to St. John's.

From Greensboro Triad Airport & US 40 & Highway 68 Exit:

1. Take US 40 west approximately 19 miles to the Peter's Creek Parkway exit.

2. At the Peter's Creek Parkway light turn left and travel over US 40.

3. At the first traffic light (Silas Creek Parkway) turn left.

4. Travel for approximately 2 miles. St. John's will be on your right.

From Statesville at US 77 and US 40:

1. Take US 40 east approximately 34 miles to exit 188 onto Business 40 east (heading towards downtown).

2. Take Business 40 east to the first exit (2a) onto Silas Creek Parkway.

3. Take Silas Creek Parkway approximately 1.7 miles to St. John's.

4. You will pass St. John's on your left. Go to next traffic light at Ebert and make a "U" turn to St. John's.
