Guitar Lessons
Because of my busy schedule, I will only offer guitar lessons after school (3:30 - 4:00) one day every two weeks. Lessons will begin in a few weeks. I am not an expert in music theory, and I don't attempt to instruct students in that regard. However, I am able to provide an encouraging and enthusiastic atmosphere for those willing to learn and to practice.
COST: Lessons are provided free of charge. God has blessed me with a passion for playing the guitar, and I hope I can instill that same passion in others. If you feel compelled to pay, please direct any contributions to the St. John's Lutheran School.
GOAL: To enable students to develop talent that God has blessed them with so they may in turn use that talent to glorify Him.
GENRES TAUGHT: I enjoy a wide variety of musical styles, including rock, heavy metal, jazz, country, folk, praise and worship, alternative, etc. (you name it) I use examples of those genres when teaching students (as they progress), based on their musical preferences.
