Camp Falcon
2009 offers summer programs for Preschool, School Age, and Middle School that
includes fun, hands-on activities in our state of the art facility, dynamic
praise and worship and Bible study, field trip excursions throughout the Triad,
academic enrichment in science, social studies, math, and reading/language
development, and love expressed through experienced, trained, and devoted staff.
A 10-week program, June 8-August 14,
Open 7:30-6:00 daily, Ages 3-14
Whole summer, weekly, and daily plans available!

**Wanting to know more about our LIT Middle School Program? Already enrolled in LIT? Please attend our LIT Orientation (required for all LIT registrants) on Thursday, May 28 at 6:00 p.m.**
To Register for Camp Falcon:
Review all information on our website including brochure, calendars, handbook, discipline policy, summary of NC Childcare laws, detailed billing policy, etc.
Print and complete the registration form. Those interested in our middle school program must also print and complete the LIT Application. Preschool registrants participating in swim lessons on Mondays, must print and complete the YWCA swim lessons release. New registrants must print the medical form to be completed by a Physician. New registrants must also provide an updated immunization record.
Turn registration form (and any other required forms) into Camp Director, Brandi Lovejoy, at St. John's Lutheran School along with a check made payable to "Smart Tuition" in the amount of $90.00/child.
Complete Smart Tuition auto-draft or auto-credit card enrollment form at St. John's Lutheran School at time of completing registration. Please have voided check or credit card information available (Smart Tuition does not accept Visa).
Camp Falcon is a first come, first serve program with limited space. Due to our daily scheduling option, some days fill up before other days. Please check with Camp Director about availability before selecting payment option or selecting weeks/days.
